Join us for a night of enchantment and elegance at the 4th annual Heart of the Community Gala & Auction, taking place on April 27, 2024, at the Colombo Lodge in Cranbrook. This year, we invite you to immerse yourself in the allure of the Moulin Rouge, an evening where glamour meets philanthropy.
Rotary President Heidi Romich shares her excitement, “This year's Moulin Rouge theme promises to be a spectacular affair. It's an opportunity for our community to come together in the spirit of giving, celebration, and a little bit of Parisian flair. Every moment of this evening will be dedicated to enhancing and supporting the vital initiatives that make Cranbrook a wonderful place to live.”
The evening kicks off with cocktails at 5 pm, followed by a sumptuous four-course dinner starting at 6 pm. Our culinary journey includes:
L’appertif: Layered crab and avocado paté, red cabbage rasé, crouton au poivre
Le potage: Vichyssoise with green pea purée
La viande: Chicken supreme farci with brandy sauce, potato purée, roasted asparagus
Le dessert: Filo tarte with crème fraiche on raspberry coulis and garni of mixed berries
Complimentary champagne will accompany the meal, enhancing your dining experience.
